TelMe - Mobile Substitute Service


 

TelMe is an enterprise solution developed to simplify the work of filling vacancies in the staff in an easy and time efficient way. The solution uses a web interface that will communicate with the mobile phone which will give you an easy access to the service.

When a vacancy occurs and you need to find a substitute you open TelMe and insert the necessary information about the vacancy e.g. role, time and day. To find the most suitable substitute you can either select a profile or search among all listed substitutes. A message with information about the vacancy will be sent out to the selected substitutes. To make this process as quick and easy as possible you can either select between existing phrases or to write a message about the vacancy yourself.

When a substitute is found the administrator will change the state of the vacancy to ‘Filled’. An SMS with information that the vacancy has been filled will automatically be sent to the other recipients.

Other areas that you can benefit by using TelMe is to easily get the statistics and reports needed for forecast, follow-up, time control, report for salaries etc.

TelMe is in use already today for staff planning in Industry, Consulting, Schools, Health care etc.
